With The Property Hub, you can share your booking calendars to help schedule cleaning, repairs and any service requests that are needed between turnovers. Property Hub allows you to conveniently manage inventory within app reporting from the cleaning crew between bookings. Each Property Listing has a Profile Page

With each property listing, you can assign and track tasks with service providers or cleaning crew. Tasks can be assigned monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual.

When tasks are completed, receive a summary from the provider with notes, completion date and time, as well as photos to confirm the task completion.

As the owner of a property, you will have the ability to photograph each room staged just as you wish so your cleaning crew will know exactly how you want to have each room set up at each turnover.

Have a LTR property that is not on the OTA’s? You can manually add your LTR properties to your profile to better manage and track your time and communicate with local contractors, real estate agents, and more!

Manage Inventory

Cleaning crews can now identify items low on inventory from a custom curated list for each property. The owner will receive these inventory requests in-app at the end of each month.

Coming Fall 2023: Custom curated inventory links! Link your favorite supplies from your preferred online retailer to your inventory list. When it is time to stock up on supplies, in-app ordering is made easy!
